DO YOU GUYS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

– YES, as long as Stripe accepts your payment and address, we will ship to you.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

– Each order is generally processed within 2 - 5 business days. Though if there is a delay, we will surely get in touch to let you know when to expect your order to be shipped. Once shipped, your estimated delivery date for merchandise should be about 14 days. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for your order to arrive due to your country's customs. Don't worry though, your order is on its way and it will arrive there just in time for you to show it off.  Once you receive your order, please let us know. We'd love to hear back from you. If possible just send through a facebook message – it's a lot better to communicate with back and forth.

 

CAN I FIND ANY ANCHORED APPAREL IN STORES?

– Unfortunately we are currently not distributing merchandise through stores, but again, we do ship world-wide. 

 

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY ITEMS?

– We recommend washing all apparel inside out to preserve the graphic. For all jewelry, we recommend not spraying any perfume on it as it can mess with its look. So, remember, get all pretty first, and then put on your piece of jewelry last.

 

CRAP! MY NECKLACE CHAIN POPPED, ARE YOU GUYS ABLE TO REPLACE IT? 

– If you want to replace your chain because it either popped, or you want to have other options to wear with your necklace, just send us an email so we can work something out with you.

 

UH-OH! I MESSED UP MY ORDER, CAN WE FIX THAT?

– Anchored Apparel will do it's best to accommodate changes to an existing order, provided it has not already shipped. Please send an email to info@anchoredapparel.com and include your name, order number and the change you would like to make. 

 

DOES ANCHORED APPAREL OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

– Unfortunately, all sales are final. We do however strive to ensure supreme happiness, so please do get in touch with us through info@anchoredapparel.com and we can start a discussion there.
